The tourist information centre of Porte Océane du Limousin is committed to a constant progress-oriented approach of its services with especially the category II label obtained in June 2019. Our goal for 2021 is to obtain the “Qualité TourismeTM” brand. This national brand aims to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as to promote our destination.

- Measuring your satisfaction using surveys- give us your opinion on our website - and addressing your complaints
- Being visible: disseminating tourist documentation widely (shops, accommodation, tourist sites, etc.) and promoting our events (local press, etc.)
- Developing an outdoor mobile information stand at events and strategic places of our territory
- Offering guided tours throughout the community network.

As we are mindful to professionalize and perpetuate our actions and to reach our goal in 2021, undertaking the “Qualité TourismeTM” approach was obvious for us. We apply the brand’s criterias and have built a quality policy loyal to the values of our territory. It will be updated every 5 years.
